Mayor Rick Allen address the crowd attending the grand opening for Twin Lakes. Twin Lakes is the new name given to the refurbished homes that are part of the Leesville Housing Authority. A total of 194 units received a facelift in the project which was completed in December 2017. Improvements to the homes was made possible through HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration Program.
