HOLLY KNIGHT

Before launching her private development enterprise, Knight spent 15 years as a US Department of Housing and Urban Development employee. Knight specializes in assisting Public Housing Authorities through her technical experience and competence in both housing redevelopment and community revitalization.  She is a certified mixed-finance professional, a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Public Administration program, and a highly awarded disaster recovery professional. As a developer, Knight has worked to leverage over $975 million in financing sources for public housing authorities converting through RAD and Asset Repositioning. With partnerships and projects in rural and urban areas across 13 states, these developments consist of both 9% and 4% tax credit projects as well as projects that needed to leverage debt only as part of their revitalization efforts. As a HUD Sustainability Subject Matter Expert, she has assisted numerous developments with redesign and financing. Her experience with design, build and sustainable technologies assisted with her redevelopment of over 3,500 units of affordable housing in the Gulf Coast after Katrina and makes her an asset when working with HACT projects. Lisa Phillips

Phillips has over 30 years of affordable housing experience and 40 years of executive business management experience. Phillips will represent Knight Development for all business matters and negotiate any third-party reports required during the pre-development process. She is a certified tax credit management professional, compliance specialist, civil rights and fair housing specialist, and is a certified HR management professional. Phillips is experienced in compliance and reporting and will assist in document review and ensuring timely submissions to appropriate agencies.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Christianne Brunini will be responsible for fostering business success for the organization, including company growth, market share, and brand recognition within affordable housing development industry.  She will be assisting with strategic development opportunities and roll-out of new programs and services, while building the business network and improving client relationships. With the goal of further positioning BGC Advantage as the premier RAD development expert and the leader in Affordable Housing Asset Repositioning, Brunini will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel marketing and communications strategies that promote brand awareness, forge new partnerships, and foster positive resident experiences.
