Keystone Family Homes, LP is a 297-unit multi-family development project in Springfield, Missouri. It consists of 88 separate buildings on seven scattered sites. This $42,841,583 project is a collaboration between the Housing Authority of the City of Springfield (represented by Katie Anderson) and Knight Development (led by Holly Knight). The development was made possible through a combination of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (hashtagLIHTC) and Housing and Urban Development (hashtagHUD) Rental Assistance Demonstration (hashtagRAD) programs. Keystone Family Homes is also one of the first projects to pilot the newly launched RAD/Section 18 Blend, attaching a Project-Based voucher subsidy to 100% of the units. We would like to extend our thanks to all our partners for their hard work and collaboration: Snyder Construction Group (Brandi Yancey Bailey and Josh Stringer), Red Stone Equity Partners LLC (represented by Darren Swanson), Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust (represented by Michael Goerdt), John Oke-Thomas, and the City of Springfield, Missouri! hashtagcommunitydevelopment
