As VP of Business Development, Christianne Brunini will be responsible for fostering business success for the organization, including company growth, market share, and brand recognition within affordable housing development industry. She will be assisting with strategic development opportunities and roll-out of new programs and services, while building the business network and improving client relationships through top quality service delivery and excellent service reputation. Brunini will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel marketing and communications strategies that promote brand awareness, forge new partnerships, and foster positive resident experiences.
Brunini will leverage her 8 years of professional experience in helping people live healthier, happier lives through wellness marketing and education to champion the BGC Advantage mission: building vibrant communities that stimulate parity and prosperity. Her expertise will strengthen relationships of BGC Advantage divisions with new partnerships and endeavors.
With the goal of continued success of BGC Advantage as the premier RAD development expert and the leader in Affordable Housing Asset Repositioning, Brunini will tap her previous public relations experience with luxury and technology brands, such as Sony Electronics, Tiffany & Co., and Qantas Airways, as well as her event planning experience in the hospitality industry. Brunini earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
