As owners, we share your frustration and disappointment in the management of the North Little Rock Housing Authority (NLRHA) portfolio. We entrusted it to the care of two reputable management companies, who have failed to meet their obligations to you and to us. Knight Development takes our commitment to you and your feedback seriously. Therefore, we have determined that the best course of action is to manage the properties directly through our sister company, M&T Property Management.
You may have already noticed that M&T personnel are onsite conducting inspections, working on maintenance issues, and assessing staffing needs. Over the next two months, we are confident you will see a big difference in the quality of management, including the responsiveness to work orders. We look forward to a return of resident trust and satisfaction.
