The Housing Authority of the City of Daytona Beach (HACDB) and BGC Advantage recently closed on the WM at the River, LP. The partners plan to rehabilitate the Windsor and Maley high-rise apartments located adjacent to each other on Beach Street in Daytona Beach, FL. The towers have a combined 298 efficiency, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units, which have and will continue to house primarily elderly and disabled low-income residents. The total community investment will be $59,250,422 million.

Press Release: Memphis Housing Authority Announces $70 Million Investment To Preserve 472 Units of Affordable Housing

The Memphis Housing Authority finalized funding for MH Strategies Family RAD, LP and MH Strategies Family RAD II, LP for a combined community investment of $70,336,467. Both projects will be Rental Assistance Demonstration program redevelopment efforts with BGC Advantage, MHA’s private sector housing partner. The transactions were made possible with the help of partners at Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Inc., Citi Community Capital, The Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board in Memphis, and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency.
