Late Registration
(June 22-Aug 21)
$750 per participant

Online Processing Fee:
2.9% of the event registration cost

Additional Welcome Dinner Tickets:
$65 each

Additional Progressive Dinner Tickets:
$65 each

Note: Step through the form sections adding your information, additional participant information, and selecting any additional dinner purchases needed. Check your form and total in the last section of the form. Once submitted, you will be redirected to checkout through PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to process your payment. You can use any standard card for your payment.

Cancellation & Refunds

To request a refund of your registration fees, written notice of cancellation must be received no later than August 1, 2023; a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. However, a substitute attendee may be provided if the original registrant can’t attend.
