A groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday (January 15, 2019) hosted by BGC Advantage and the Bogalusa Housing Authority. The subsidized affordable development of Pine Trace Homes I and II will be at five separate sites in Bogalusa, Louisiana: 1015 Union Avenue, 600 Brazos Street, 1200 Highland Park Loop, 700 River Terrace Drive, and 915 East 4th Street. The newly-named sites are Union Pointe (formerly Sunset Acres and Sunset Addition), Ivy Trace (formerly Bogue), The Oaks (formerly River Terrace), and Lumerton Cove (formerly Highland Park).
